Client Enquiries
When you contact us requesting for information via email, telephone or the contact form on this website, we keep a record of that correspondence. In addition, as part of the process to complete that request, we collect personal information that you give us such as your name, your title and the name of the company you represents, your email address and other contact information (such as your telephone number or address).
Client Engagements
In normal circumstances, we collect personal information from you prior to the acceptance of engagement for the provision of our services. The personal information we collect from you (and/or via a third party who has been duly authorized by you to disclose your personal data to us) for our KYC checks include but not limited to the following:-

client’s identification information (for individuals such as your name, date of birth, nationality, identity card/passport number, photograph and contact details such as address, email address and telephone number; for corporations such as your name, your title and the name of the company you represents, company/incorporation number, date and place of incorporation, details of shareholder(s) and director(s), details of beneficial owner(s) and the contact details such as address, email address, telephone number and facsimile number); and

client’s verification information (for individuals such as copy of identity card/passport/national driving permit and proof of address; for corporations such as copy of certificate of incorporation/business registration certificate, copy of M&A, proof of address, documents showing the directorship and the ownership and control structure of the company).
When you contact us placing an order via email, telephone or the contact form on this website, we keep a record of that correspondence. In addition, as part of the process to complete that order, we collect personal information that you give us such as your name, the name of the company you represent, contact details (such as email address, postal address, telephone number and facsimile number), financial information (such as bank account information when you settle our invoices) and other data and information providing to us in relation to our services.
Use of Personal Data
The personal data will be collected and used by us for any or all of the following purposes:-

For the purposes as stated above, we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, mail and courier.
We may also collect, hold, maintain, use and disclose personal data for other purposes explained at the time of collection or which are required or authorized by or under laws, and for which you have provided consent (except where permitted or required by law).

Hardcopies are primarily stored at our registered office in Hong Kong, and may be archived in boxes and stored in secure offsite facilities.
